Having trouble signing in? Try this:
First clear the cache on your browser. This clears the system out of anything that might be stored that shouldn't be and is preventing you from being able to log in. You can find directions on clearing your cache here.
Once you have cleared your browser, try logging in again.
- If that doesn't do the trick, then try typing your password in. Or, if you were already typing it in, then copy and paste it in. For some reason different browsers seem to have a preference to one way or the other. The best browsers to use are Chrome, Firefox and Safari. We HIGHLY recommend that you don't use Internet Explorer.
- If you're still having trouble, then you're probably using the wrong password or email. Click the "forgot password" button and enter the email that you believe is attached to your account. The system will email you your password and/or let you know if you are using the wrong email address.
